Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a collection kit ,if ordered, with instructions for collecting and mailing the cremains, or you can choose to send them directly using the instructions in the dropdown menu under the shop menu. This thoughtful process will ensure the safe arrival of your pets ashes to my studio. Once I receive the cremains the order will take 4-6 weeks. Unused ashes will be returned.
