As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process orders as soon as they are placed. A confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and then a tracking number for your cremains kit to follow. All ITTL pieces are made to order, by hand and require significant time to produce. Once the cremains are received by us, your order will take 4 - 6 weeks to process.

30-day money-back warranty/replacement of memorial glass

With photo evidence of breakage. We don’t expect our customers to cover costs of damage during transit, which is why your package has insurance on it once we ship the order. Email: Intothelights111@gmail.com with proof of damages to your glass and we will start a damage claim with the carrier.

All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available without proof of damage.

Imperfections consistent with lampwork glass

All glass products will have slight imperfections such as tool marks and small bubbles. No two items are ever identical due to hot glass process. Every piece is handmade to order using simple hand tools to sculpt each unique piece. Bubbles and banding are normal when using cremains in the glass. I personally inspect your product before shipping to make sure each piece is perfect.
