Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a collection kit with instructions for collecting and mailing the cremains. This thoughtful process will ensure the safe arrival of your pets ashes to my studio. Once I receive the cremains the order will take 4-6 weeks. Unused ashes will be returned.
