Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you the collection kit you purchased with instructions for collecting and mailing the cremains, or you can send the cremains by following a detailed instructions for safely mailing them. located in the SHOP dropdown menu. This thoughtful process will ensure the safe arrival of your special someones ashes to my studio, Once I receive the cremains the order will take 4-6 weeks. Unused ashes will be returned.
