Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a collection kit, if purchased, with instructions for collecting and mailing the cremains or you can choose to mail the ashes by following instructions that will be listed in the SHOP drop down menu. This thoughtful process will ensure the safe arrival of your pets ashes to my studio. Once I receive the cremains the order will take 4-6 weeks. Unused ashes will be returned.
